Accumulation will manifest itself with several aspects on the mold: brown spots, discoloration of the cavity, greasy, sticky, yellowish and waxy film containing whitish powder. The buildup will eventually attack the mold steel and lead to discoloration, corrosion, rust, and breakage of the mold components.
Zap-Ox is the latest generation nano-technological stain remover cleaner developed to remove corrosion, rust, oxide, polymer-generated gas stains, limescale stains, scale and alterations on metal surfaces in minutes and with incomparable effectiveness. Zap-Ox allows deep, fast and harmless cleaning of any metal surface avoiding the use of aggressive solvents, risky mechanical operations and saving time.

How to use
There are two ways to use Zap-Ox
- With scrubbing (chemical and mechanical cleaning)
- Shake the bottle before use.
- Spread a light layer of product over the affected area and leave it on for a couple of minutes.
- The product can be spread by hand, with a cloth, with a sponge or with a brush.
- Rub the product with your fingers or a cloth or sponge until rust, stains and scale are completely removed.
- Finally, remove the product with a cloth, with a detergent or degreaser or with water.
- If necessary, repeat the operation only on the most stubborn areas
2. No scrubbing (chicmic cleaning only)
- Shake the bottle before use.
- Spread a light layer of product so as to cover the entire affected area.
- Let the product sit for 5 minutes without rubbing.
- Finally, remove the product with a cloth, with a detergent or degreaser or with water.
- If necessary, repeat the operation only on the most stubborn areas
NOTE: Critical Applications
- Mirror polished surfaces:
Zap-Ox is not recommended on mirror polished surfaces. Contains a minimal solid portion of synthetic silica powder, if rubbed it can cause scratches on mirror-polished surfaces.
- Photoengraved surfaces:
Zap-Ox can be used to clean photo etched surfaces. In this case, the product should be applied gently, left to act for 10-15 minutes without being rubbed and then removed with a detergent or a wet cloth.
- Hot surfaces:
Zap-Ox can be used to clean hot surfaces, in this case the product should be mixed with lubricant such as WD-40 to prevent the product from drying out before acting, losing effectiveness.

The specific degreasing stain remover for polished surfaces
Zap-Ox NG™ is the cream degreasing stain remover specially formulated to treat polished or photo-etched surfaces. Effectively removes gas stains, acid corrosion stains, organic scale (oils, greases, degraded plastic, dirt), oxide. E’ free of solid abrasive parts and acidic substances so that it guarantees excellent cleaning results without the risk of scratching or corroding the treated surface. E’ simply apply a thin layer of product to the stained surface and Zap-Ox NG will act quickly and without affecting it. Alternative products contain abrasive particles and require scrubbing to remove stains.

How to use
It is used without scrubbing.
Shake well before use. Apply a thin layer of cream to the surface to be treated, then gently spread the Zap-Ox NG over the entire area in a slight circular motion. Leave to act for about 1 minute. Finally, remove the product by gently wiping it with a cloth (without scrubbing), a detergent or degreaser, or water.
If necessary, repeat the operation only on the most stubborn areas
