Polishing Oil

Low-viscosity, 100% vegetable-based multipurpose oil specially developed for precision polishing of moulds and dies.

It is completely environmentally friendly, biodegradable, virtually odourless, non-flammable and entirely free from substances harmful to people or the environment.

Ideal for use with finishing abrasive stones to reduce loading, prevent scratching, cool the workpiece and keep the working surface clean. It enables the stones to cut more effectively and freely, producing a smooth, polished surface.

Suitable for lubricating fine-grit abrasive paper above 400 grit, diamond tools and for diluting oil-soluble diamond compounds.

Its optimised viscosity maximises effectiveness, reduces waste, splashing and excessive run-off, and allows the diamond compound to remain workable for longer in the required area.
