The fast-drying formulation bonds firmly to the metal surface, remaining effective on the mould for much longer than conventional release agents.

It forms a thin, dry film that completely eliminates product build-up and residue, even when over-applied. The dry film prevents grease degradation and dripping.

Traditional release agents wet the mould surface, causing product build-up and dripping that adversely affect the quality of the moulded parts.

The advanced formulation replaces silicone with PTFE additives and other proprietary ingredients capable of sealing the steel’s microporosity and creating a hard, non-stick layer with a very low coefficient of friction.

It facilitates not only part release but also mould filling.
